This product is great for lining trays for cooking pastries etc. It is thicker than parchment paper. I also use it foil side up for lining my grill pan

Have been using this parchment and foil for a couple of months. Cooks fish to perfection and makes a good job of sausages. No mess to clean up. Keeps cooked food moist and full of flavour. Number 1 in my kitchen.

Mary Berry recommend this when cooking, tried it, found that it was the best parchment /foil I have ever used, very substantial, I have partitioned trays with this to adjust size of a tin when baking, insulated long cooked items.

I came across this product by accident and I love it. It is high quality baking parchment with a foil backing. I use it as a base for cake baking or to line a tray for scones etc. Excellent heat distribution.
