I listened to Dr. Livingood during a recent masterclass about weight loss and that ACV helps in that regard, as well as helping with gut health. The thing I didnt realize, however, is the need for potassium while taking ACV. Rather than buy 2 products, I opted for this supplement. I trust DLG & his products.
