Interior zipper broke the first time I used it on a trip. Such a bummer because it’s so cute and I rarely leave reviews but this zipper situation needs attention from the manufacturer.

I absolutely love everything about this luggage. It’s beautiful and so well made. Every part of it looks high quality and durable. I got the set with the 24” and 28” suitcases, both came with protectors. I cannot wait to use this luggage on my next trip.

As like all the other reviews I picked these cases because of their unique look (making them easy to spot) and the minimalist cool vibe they have. The shell does seem pretty durable.. the 28” seems more sturdy then the 20”. I wanted matching luggage but am a little hesitant to keep the 20” cause I don’t want problems at the airport. My only complaint is how the zipper is attached. I wish it was attached to the shell versus being sewn on the inside. Overall I like the look and I want to be cute at the airport lol.

The large suitcase is NOT big enough for 5-7 days.... it does not hold very much and the handle broke the first time we used it (which happened to be right after the return deadline). And, it's heavy. I didn't like these suitcases at all.

This Hardside Lightweight Suitcase from Artrips is well-designed and easy to travel with, but took significant cosmetic damage during its first flight. To start, I received a larger version of this suitcase, appropriate for using as a checked bag. The experience of packing the bag is great. One side is open apart from a strap, and the other allows you to actually zip in all your items, helping them stay more securely in place. There are two small areas on the front of that panel for including smaller/flatter items that you want to keep easy track of. Once packed, I found this bag incredibly easy to navigate around with. The 4 wheels all turn smoothly, and the bag can be pulled either flat or on an angle. It is easy to use one handed. However, after sending this bag through the checked bag progress for a completely typical flight, I do have to say that it arrived at the destination with obvious cosmetic damage on the exterior. The material that makes up the bumps is apparently not strong enough to stand up to handling/baggage claim transports, etc. So if you are looking for a functional bag only, this is a great option. If you are really concerned with long term aesthetic/appearance as a top priority, you may want to consider other products (or at least other colors).
