I think Mad Dog makes some of the best pepper pastes around. This is not hot sauce. Use it to make your own hot sauce or use this for cooking.

Best mild-medium spicy purée I've had great in all ways
Great with chips or BBQ corn taste like roses heat like a subtle bite of a good ginger aroma and taste not to much vinegar either.in other words I ate a whole spoonful it tasted like a good hot soup I would just like to know what kind of habanero's they are
