I wanted something small and handy on my countertop to hold that wet garbage that will stink up my full size garbage can when I've just put in a new bag. This is perfect for throwing in those banana peels or chicken bones. Don't notice any smell escaping, usually only needs the bag changed every 5 days or so. I just double bag the plastic bags from the grocery store. Clips inside are great for holding the bag so that the sides don't gap. Just pull the bag tight as you clip and It forms a nice open square, so easy to dump things in without having goop catch on the sides.Some reviews had mentioned that the clips broke off. The clips do come glued to a hard plastic liner/container you can remove, but the can itself is metal, so I would think you could just remove the plastic liner and get the magnetic clips and just do the same thing except on the inside of the can itself. I myself haven't had any problems with the clips detaching from the plastic liner.Soft close is great, can press the tab and lid stays open long enough so you can use two hands if needed to quickly toss garbage before lid closes.And bonus its a nice bronze color that fits in with my kitchen, love the small size for my countertop; about the size of a small shoe box on its end.

I purchased two of these. The first one arrived completely destroyed and had to be returned. The second one had dents on the lid. I popped them out as best as possible and decided to just keep this one and camouflage with a decal.The lid is soft close, but it has a lot of play and can easily close crooked. While the lid rod might be stainless steel, the rest of the can is made of a thin aluminum which bends and dents easily.Similarly, the concept of bag clips is better in theory than in practice. The clips are not secured well and require pressure to pinch and hold the bag. In time they will fail and break off. This added inconvenience further detracts from the overall functionality of the trash can. Regrettably, these design flaws overshadow the initial appeal, leaving much room for improvement in terms of durability and practical use.The trash can is quite small but fine for a bathroom where trash is collected every day.Despite these issues, I must admit that the design of the trash can is undeniably sleek and modern, making it a visually appealing addition to the bathroom. However, despite its attractive appearance, the quality leaves much to be desired. The materials feel flimsy, and the lid mechanism is prone to malfunctioning. Overall, while it may look great, the practical aspects of this trash can are disappointing. This fragility compromises the overall durability of the product, making it less suitable for everyday use.

This is a nice trash can, but I should have paid better attention to the details because it is too small for our guest bathroom.

Love this color! It isn’t easy to find a true gray for a metal product that isn’t going to cost significantly more than the normal grayish colors (I.e. chrome, stainless, etc.), but this is perfect! It’s a trash can! It shouldn’t be that expensive! Kudos to this seller for not jacking up the price! It fits really well in the small bathroom space and has already proven to deter the curious pup, who enjoyed small dumpster diving in the previous trash can without a lid. I love the step feature to open and close the lid and it seems a lot more substantial compared to others I’ve tried. The best part is that it has clips to hold the plastic bag liner in place! Game changer! It hides those hideous grocery store bags and prevents lazy teens from missing the bag when throwing their unidentifiable, gross trash away. Let’s face it, if it makes it to a trash can by a teenage boy, it’s entirely too disgusting to have to fish out of the liner. If your teen is especially talented, the plastic liner removes super easily for sanitary disposal and clean up! 🤣 Fast shipping and packed with care. I highly recommend this seller and this product.
