An extended review. I have had mild BPH for a couple of years. Getting up 1-2 x per night and less flow at night than in my 30's-40's. I ignored it simply as getting older. A month ago it suddenly became 4-5 times per night, flow down to a dribble and it also happened during the daytime which was totally new. I bought this product because it had the most complete list of prostate effective ingredients. I have finished the first bottle. I noticed a slight improvement in 3 days; a definite improvement in 7 days; by 20 days I was better than before. Basically once a night now and strong flow like years ago. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. TEN STARS.

Works pretty good. Took about 3 weeks to notice any results but no more middle of night runs to the bathroom. My bladder is emptying like it should along with a stronger stream. Highly suggest this product.

This is a great company with other products, so I am testing it now. Like all tests, it must be consistent and thorough. But, I do see improvement in flow of emptying my bladder and full removal of all urine. I believe it will work over much more expensive supplements of pumpkin seed and palmetto, etc. it’s less than a dollar per day and I’m sleeping all night without restroom visits!
