Les contaré desde mi experiencia, el taladro llegó y de inmediato lo armé para probarlo, mi sorpresa fue al girar la perilla para desbloquear la broca y colocarle otra que no salió.Estaba trabada (atorada) a tal punto que nisiquiera pude probarlo. Quedé tan decepcionada, porque pagué el envío más caro para que llegara de inmediato puesto que mi taladro anterior después de año y medio de uso está más lento.Lo compré a pesar de los malos comentarios, confiada porque mi hermana lo tiene y ha resultado una maravilla, pero en mi caso no lo fue.Al realizar segundo intento dio un error ER en pantalla. Así que de inmediato lo empaqué y regrese a Amazon.¡No lo recomiendo!I will tell you from my experience, the drill arrived and I immediately put it together to try it, my surprise was when I turned the knob to unlock the drill bit and place another one that did not come out.I was locked (stuck) to such an extent that I couldn't even try it. I was so disappointed, because I paid for the most expensive shipping so that it arrived immediately since my previous drill after a year and a half of use is slower.I bought it despite the bad comments, confident because my sister has it and it has turned out to be wonderful, but in my case it wasn't.When making the second attempt, there was an ER error on the screen. So I immediately packed it and went back to Amazon.I don’t recommend it!

Bought it because it was $20 or something while on sale, and it has the same value as a $20 nail drill would. Can't get another cord sent to me and also can't do a refund after having a replacement sent to you even if it has the same fault as the original one. Now when I do my nails, I have to wrap the cord around my arm, wrist or shoulder for it to work whenever it randomly stops. Or unplug the cord from both devices and switch which output is in what device! OR, spin the output around while it's plugged in and just hope. None of these are surefire and it can take up to 3 minutes! If you want to piss yourself off and get in some arm workouts, this is the drill for you!

I wanted to wait until I had used this item before writing a review. So far, I really like it and find it easy to use. I love that I don't have to plug it into an outlet. However, my only wish is that the company had provided a booklet or a sheet that listed what each drill can do. As someone who has just started doing GelX nails at home, having a guide on the tools (drills) in the kit would be helpful. Honestly, I still don't know, but I use two drills that work for me. Despite this, I still like it a lot.

vry sadokay so right off the bat the screen that shows the speed was cracked as soon as i bought the product. i tried to give the benefit of the doubt and i ignored it for the time being. when i did receive it and when i did use it, it was amazing. once it died i couldn’t charge it again and it doesn’t turn on. i’m so sad and i wish it worked, i liked the drill for as long as it worked.

I purchased this product in April of 2023 and it worked great while it lasted. Now as of July of 2023, the product no longer works as it no longer charges past half a bar (I’ve even tried different charging cords thinking it was the charging cord). However, nope it just turns out that the product simply stopped working after 4 months of barely even being used (I used it 1-2 times every month & a half).
