I researched and found this one to be highly recommended! Have 1 “shot” (1/2 cap) 45 min prior to leaving for gym. Energy was great! One says I don’t hit gym I STILL take a shot, read how this helps the muscles even on days off (I go every other day) Super tasting . Highly recommend!! Plan to up it next week. Great for energy. I do heavy resistance training and indoor “HIIT” cycling. Feels great!!

Nice taste work well

I got the cherry flavor and it's amazing. It doesn't leave you jittery at all gives you great energy without all the side effects you get from other products. I use as directed on the bottle and I go to the gym after work give me the energy I need for my workout

I'm well versed on the benefits of L-Carnitine but in the past have never been able to finish a bottle (I prefer the liquid form) due to the taste or consistency. This one actually DOES taste like a cherry popsicle - not too sweet and with just a tiny little bit of tartness. PERFECT. I went with the 1500 (3000 would be just too much for me) and although I'm only on Day 2 I haven't experienced any negative side effects. As I age and my metabolism slows, I need that little extra kick to subsidize my healthy eating and workouts. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and may update later with regard to the positives and any possible negatives. But for now it is what it is: L-Carnitine - do your research and decide if this is for you. Cheers!

The product is good when it is safe to take. This is the second time it has come leaking and I had to throw it out. It is a massive waste of money as you cannot return this product. So I have thrown away over $40 on this product so far. I am done, moving onto the next one.
