This was a really great price for this set--the lotion that came with it had the San Francisco address on it, but the perfume itself was by the Virtue company of New York. So the perfume is not the "original" Jessica McClintock, but to me the difference is so minimal (and I can tell a very small difference) that it doesn't matter to me at all. It still smells like the wonderful JM I'd been wearing since high school, and I was crushed when I couldn't find it for a while. So glad to have found it here and at such a great price!!! A local department store wanted $76.00 for the same size bottle, but I just couldn't bring myself to pay that, so I found this package, ordered it, and crossed my fingers that it would be the same beautiful fragrance that I've loved for so long. As I said, there does seem to be a very slight difference from what I remember of the "old" JM, but not enough to deter me from buying it again, especially at this price. If you have not smelled it before, it has a light, Spring-y smell of lilies-of-the-valley and white roses, with hints of lemon and a very fresh "green" smell (think "bouquet of flowers" rather than "cut grass," lol) that doesn't overpower, but smells fresh and clean. It's not super strong and doesn't last all day on me (neither did the original though), but coupled with the lotion and powder it does tend to last longer. I don't want to smell like a flower shop assaulted me though, so this is just perfect for me. Very happy with my purchase and will buy again when I run out.
