Versatile, easy assembly
The media could not be loaded. The SQUATZ machine is packed well and comes with all the tools needed to assemble. The orange color looks great and the welds are clean and nice. We love the multi function part of it. We use is it daily for ab work. Preacher curl and a reverse bend for lower back, is great training on back and bit’s day. We use it on leg day as well. It was a great addition to our home gym, I recommend.

Pretty nice!
This is an awesome machine. The only thing is, I wish there was a small tutorial video on how to use it to its full potential, specifically the back extensions…. I’m 5’7” and I seem to be too tall for that on this bench as the cushion doesn’t reach my hips like in the picture. But other than that, solid!

Tiny, very short
Image on ad shows you can use it for a roman chair... maybe if you are 3 1/2 feet tall! Very short, and if extend the back of leg pad/support to full extension it is very unstable. Cannot be used for anything but squats. To return it needs to be disassembled and carried somewhere. Do not buy this one, it's cheap and not as versatile as the description shows.Also, no directions come with this item. The brand website does not have the directions either.

Good for most things can also do sit ups but not really that great or comfortable for some…good squats..good lunges..good sit ups…kinda uncomfortable for preacher curls but doable…I give it a 4.5 Still a good product

Did not come with instruction to put together.Came in scratched.
