Works great with reading glasses. Adjusting them is not obvious.
I'd used glasses with prisms before, but I was struggling to read since I couldn't wear my reading glasses with them. These clip-ons work great with my readers though. When you put these on your glasses the first time, they may be touching your lenses at the bottom. It's not obvious, but there's a little silicone disk/cam thing attached to the bar that the prisms are attached to. You rotate it and it adjusts the distance to your lens. I recommend using a cheap pair of readers from your local pharmacy rather than a pair you'd gotten from an eye doctor or online vendor, as the little adjusting disk tends to move sometimes and the prism can snap against the lenses of your glasses, potentially scratching them. You can also adjust the distance between the prisms with a tiny screw driver that comes with the clip-ons, if your eyes are closer together or further apart. They seemed like they might be a little fragile, but they've held up well for several months now. They come in a pretty sturdy hard shell case that protects them well when traveling. They are a bit heavy, and depending on your glasses may leave more of a mark on your nose than they would without the prisms.

Lens don't stay in place
Lightweight but when laying down the lens are too heavy to stay in place.

These glasses work
These work for seeing straight down without bending your head down. What I had hoped for was to be able to see the tv over the top of them and still crochet down in my lap. This the will not work for. Oh well, I tried!!

Great in theory but not easily adjustable
I wanted to love these but I needed to adjust the distance between the lenses so i could see properly and the little screws were impossible to loosen with the included screwdriver. Disappointed because I love the flip up style

The real deal--worth higher cost
These sunlit clip on to your excusing glasses so they don't best the full weight of those others that are meant to go completely over the glasses. The distortion does, over an extended period of time, does eventually result eye strain.

Nice!
I have chronic neck pain and this makes reading, using my laptop, and knitting so much more accessible.
