Was sold a defective item after 2 weeks refused to work first one side no sound then both!! Contacted customer service and they told me the window has closed on thisplease bewaredo not buy this itemplease!!!Disgusted

Very comfy around the ears, but the sound quality sucks. Microphone doesn’t work very well when it worked. Also very heavy, the head band left imprints on the top of my head. They look very nice, but not worth the money I paid for them.

I bought these for my mother and sometimes they disconnect from her laptop bluetooth other than that they are great.

This product has surpassed all expectations so far. I purchased this with the main purpose of taking phone calls as I have always found in ear options uncomfortable. For the price I was expected an average product that wouldn't last very long however the sound quality is just as good as more expensive options, noise cancelling works really well (used multiple times at a festival) and the phone call feature is great. The only headphones I have found with all these features are far more expensive. I have also used them frequently for a whole month before needing to charge them.

Over the years I have bought a few pairs of bluetooth headphones. My favourite pair (Bluedio) finally gave up when the top support snapped, although I'd had a good couple of years out of them at this point. After that I ordered a few at around the £20 price point, but wasn't impressed. The quality was cheap, the charge didn't last, and they didn't last long (the plastic head support broke in every case). Very frustrating. I was loathe to spend too much more, as I use them in the gym a lot and they get thrown in and out of my gym bag, and I could just see myself paying a lot more for what might be a 'premium' brand only for them to break. Oh, in the interests of transparency, I always went for over ear headphones as I can't get on with the in ear ones, and the ones where the band go behind your head instead of over just never sat right on my ears. Maybe I've got a weird shaped head.I came across these by chance, and to be honest assumed they would be the same as the other cheap ones I have owned. They were actually even cheaper, which made me slightly nervous, but by this point my previous pair was being held together with tape and looked embarrassing, so I went ahead and bought them. I have waited a few weeks before reviewing, and of course things could go pear shaped from here, but I have to say that they are great. They feel really sturdy, arrived in a proper box, with proper instructions (unlike some of the generic pairs I have had in the past), the charge lasts for absolutely ages, and the sound, by my reckoning, is really good. Plenty of bass, no shortage of volume. They're comfortable too - the one slight issue is that when I'm breaking land speed records in the gym (either on the rower or treadmill) then they can slip off, but that is a small price to pay for what is in every other way an absolute bargain.One quick update - I see that the price is £19.99. I paid £14.99 which was an incredible bargain. I think that at £20 they are definitely still worth the money.

I’ve only been using them for two days and so far I’m incredibly impressed with their functionality, sound and ease of use. I am terrible with technology but managed to pair the headphones with no effort whatsoever. I couldn’t fairly rate the battery usage as they are so new but otherwise I can only recommend them.

Great product, value for money.I bought it for my wife and she is using it every day during studying and to listen to music during the workout at the gym, during running outdoor. Nothing wrong with this product, soundproofing, the sound quality and it is steady.Battery life is amazing, can last for weeks (depending on the usage) but if you are using it for 1 to 2 hours every day, then it could last between 7 to 10 days.

Had these delivered today and all I can say is wow wasn't expecting the sound you get from these, ok there £21 but for the price I can fault them sound amazing (for the price), they look good, easy to connect, cover the ears well, noise reduction is good and there louds as fxxk.Anyone complaint about these apart from if there broken on delivery wants the moon on a stick in my opinion.They are £21 remember they are not Dre beats or bose but they sound good they're nice and cheap, well worth the money
