Great helmet for skating, ran a little big on my 9yr old

I knew the sizing was a bit of a crap shoot, from what I read in the reviews, but I made the purchase anyway. My daughter just turned 9 and we have big (ish) heads in our family, but this ran a little big on her anyway. But that's okay. The fit is close enough and she LOVES the helmet. We just built her a new longboard and to have a nice skating helmet to go with it was the perfect touch. Highly recommended and hopefully my sizing experience helps someone!

Great for a BMX feel

Perfect for my preteen child’s head. Gives off a BMX vibe. Not as light as an adult bike helmet but it will do for what it is needed for.

Difficult to fit

Chin strap is difficult to adjust. Hard to get the right/safe fit. Looks nice.

great looking bike-helmet, but the yellow could be more vivid...

Ordered for my 10yr old son. His head circumference is about 20" - 21".This helmet fits great. We don't like the typical bike-helmet, so this one has the looks that we like.I have a Berm helmet, so this one is closed to Berm's style.One star deducted for the too-pale of yellow. I wish the yellow is more vivid.

Perfect for tweens

My almost 10 year old daughter loves this helmet. The style is different than most helmets out there, and though it is pink, it does not come across as overly girly. Luckily, it has not been "road tested" in any sort of accident, so keep that in mind with this review.

This is our second one of these after the first was damaged after heavy use. My son likes the style and I like the protection, at a reasonable price. Sold.

Ordered for my 8yr old son. I had to search around to make sure size ok for his age range. packaging for helmet states for 8+. My son has a big head for his age and helmet fits great. He digs the color scheme (blue foam under matte black shell). Meets standards for bike use but seems versatile for roller skate/skateboard use as well.
