Takes a while to work.

Put down before I went on holiday came home to green lush grass. Easy to use, kills moss and encourages new growth

I've had a problem with thick moss on my lawn since I moved in, and while attempting to remove years worth of thatch I decided that it was time it was tackled. Luckily, the Miracle-Gro Evergreen Complete 4-in-1 Lawn Food - 200 m2, Lawn Food, Weed & Moss Control made easy work of it.I started by measuring the size of the lawn (5m X 12m) and multiplying it together (60m2) and then measuring out about a third of the bag - it says it covers 200m2 but that's close enough for me.I applied this by hand, starting with the edges and working inward, by tossing it over the lawn while trying to get an even coverage. You can get spreaders for this but it was an additional cost I didn't want to spend at this time - it was easy enough to apply it to the area by hand anyway.Light rain was forecast for the next day, which came and went and after about 3 days I started to see the moss was turning black already, as seen in the image (If it does not rain, you may want to give the lawn a light sprinkling with a hose).It's now been about 3 weeks and its all died off so I have gone over it with a rake to scape out the dead moss and its now ready for aerating and seeding - the grass already looks a lot greener as well. I'd definitely use this again, and since i've only used a third of the bag, there is plenty left to go over it again next year, should it be needed. Great value for money, and recommended.

I have used this stuff on my lawn for years and it is usually fantastic, kills weeds fast and effectively and works really well on moss too - hence my 3 star review.The 2 starts were lost on my latest delivery. The bag had very clearly been left out in the rain somewhere prior to my order, as it arrived leaking out of the breathing holes at the bottom. The whole bag was sludge!! Unable to safely store it anywhere, unable to put it down the sink, definitely unable to use such a big bag in one hit on my lawn. Ended up having to put it inside 4 bags in case of leaks to go to the tip!Requested a refund from Amazon and was told to send it back - to which, I explained the above. I was then told AFTER being sent details to get a refund without returning that I needed to get the bags out of the bin and take photos with my username. After 2 online chats with a very unhelpful customer service, and another phone call, I finally received a refund.

* PhysicalWhen my dear dad was alive, he often used this fertiliser and rated it highly. I have not added fertiliser to my front lawn since 2019, the year of my dad's passing. But I have followed the instructions on the bag to help the lawn. The first thing is to use a garden fork to put holes in the turf. Then put the fertiliser over the lawn. I used a shoe box as a container. By using a small plastic shovel, I then scatter the pellets over the lawn. It's better to scatter lightly than to overdose. I used a watering can to moisten the lawn three times. Over the next four days, it has rained every day. Over these five days, the brown lawn has reduced by around 70%. It's worked great so far. It's advised to leave at least 3 months until the next time you apply this garden grass fertiliser. Please note that these pellets can permanently mark vinyl floor tiles if you accidentally spill them. So they are potent stuff. And hence, I suggest that you please try to avoid them getting in touch with your skin.

My husband has bought c this product regularly over the years so he must have found it to be the best product of its kind. In view of the hosepipe ban we are currently experiencing he has not been able to use it yet but has found this product usually eventually revives the lawns when used afterwards. It is of a reasonably good quality and is packed in quite a sturdy box.When used it spreads easily after being removed from the box which makes it much easier to apply.In view of the fact that he has used so much over the years, so much I am sure he would recommend.
