This helps me eat dairy. For some reason Lactaid doesn't really work for me, but this does. I'm eating some dairy now which is nice after choking down vegan cheese. Don't know if this will help anybody, but I don't stir it into my entire meal, since I have a tendency not to finish my food. I stir it into the portion I know I will finish to be sure I get enough of the product into my stomach. I have yet to test this on something that will really trigger my stomach like a full bowl of ice cream!

This product changed my husband’s life. He has IBS - specifically, problems with mannitol, GOS, and fructans. Mannitol was easy enough for him to avoid, but avoiding fructans was very difficult and led to a very restrictive diet and a lot of weight loss to the point of being quite underweight. He didn’t experience much joy in food, and as an as a family that had previously loved to eat out and enjoy all different kinds of cuisine, that was gone from his life. And even though he was eating a very restrictive diet, he still often experienced problems. (The monash app was his guide, and they frequently re-categorized products anyways so it was constant confusion .) At first he was skeptical of this product, thinking it was perhaps a gimmick or scam, but I convinced him to give it a try. He was pretty surprised at how well it worked at first, but it wasn’t perfect and although it gave him some relief (which he considered a victory), he still wasn’t entirely sold. But over time, he got better at using it - it took some trial and error for him to figure out how best to get it to work for him. By this I mean that he learned to adjust the serving size of this powder. The serving size can be confusing, such as when when eating out at restaurants, because you’re not always sure of everything that could be in a dish or the serving sizes of the ingredients in the dish. And he is more sensitive to some foods than others, so he uses a little more for those. And for some raw fruits, this seems to work, and for others, it does not…at least for him. We’ve concluded that each person’s gut must be so unique that it varies some for different people so may take some tinkering. Having said all of that, he has been using this for about a year and a half now, and he does not leave home without it. He has an ongoing subscription to this product, and although it is expensive, we have decided it is worth it. He does not hunch over in pain anymore for hours. Our family can eat out at restaurants again. He enjoys the foods that he has always loved, although there are still about 6 to 10 foods that he knows to avoid. Essentially, he has food joy back in his life again. And as his wife, I see that it has impacted his mood in his everyday life. He’s happier and less blue. We are so thankful for this. But please, if you decide to buy this product and it doesn’t completely work at first, give it some time and try it in different ways and at different doses.

I suffer from SIBO, and very few digestive enzymes work. This, however, does the trick. While it does not completely save me in the event of consuming a high FODMAP meal, it dramatically reduces the symptoms. Highly recommended for travelers with limited food choices. My only feedback is that the price per dose is ridiculous. I hope a competitor can soon bring an equivalent product to the market, as it should not cost more than a few cents per dosage.

Well, it works!It's also not a capsule, thank goodness. I'm so tired of capsules.It is very important to use this product as directed. Read the website if you need to!For pasta, I mix a full packet in with my bowl entirely. I make sure my serving size is something I can eat in half an hour. If I add seconds or thirds and am still eating after half an hour, I add a second packet.For sandwiches, I open up the sandwich, pour one entire packet onto a pickle or something and chomp the whole pile in one bite. Careful how you hold your sandwich, I have definitely had powder flow out and then licked it off my wax paper, ha ha ha! I've also had a packet explode onto my hand and just licked it off. Gotta be careful with those things!For pizza and garlic bread, I used the sandwich method. I just poured a big pile on a single slice and made sure to keep track of time. Remember, if you go over thirty minutes and you're still eating, you need to add another packet!I was initially worried the powder would be gritty, but it's incredibly smooth and I cannot tell individual parts apart at all in my mouth. I have noticed the powder does sometimes taste slightly sweet, especially if I'm putting it on garlic. It does not ruin the taste of whatever I'm eating, fortunately, as it is very quiet.It works a charm on onions and garlic, but I have not tested things containing inulin such as maple syrup. Too busy eating onions and garlic. Red onions, how I missed you!As a note, I try not to use this product too often. While they are correct in their assertions that eating a more balanced diet is healthier than a more restricted diet, the powder definitely causes some slight constipation, which is not healthy.I have noticed this with lactase before and this product does contain an absolute boatload of lactase, so I'll blame that until otherwise proven. Fortunately(?), I have a chronic gut issue that already prompts me to buy Miralax in bulk at Costco.Anyway, what an extremely ironic side effect! The whole reason I stopped eating onions and garlic (and maple, etc) was because they would promptly attempt to exit my body at Mach 3. Now I can eat them again, but it'll be a while before they wander out. Well, it's definitely easier on my clothing.All in all, highly recommend, five stars, I've already purchased one of the bigger packs (ouch, my wallet!) and am about halfway through it. I will absolutely buy another one after that. It's so, so cool to be able to eat alliums again!!

This isn’t a miracle cure. It barely works. I have gluten and lactose intolerance. I get bloated almost instantly from both. I followed the directions of sprinkling the product on the food. It reduces some of the bloating and discomfort. If the bloating is a 10. This product reduces it to 7. Not great. Not worth the money. Once purchased can’t be returned.
