AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered a thermostat for a tumble dryer. Needed a green spot one. (Advert clearly displayed a green spot so I was in no doubt I ordered the correct one)Part arrived nice and quickly and nicely packaged but was a white spot one.I wrote to FIND A SPARE querying the different thermostat and waited for them to respond..eventually all they could respond was had I tried it?The only telephone number I had always went to answer phone so I was unable to discuss the matter. Difficult when the company won't even answer your query and just says I can return the item in original packaging and condition.(Just as wellI didn't try it out)Not impressed at all

Worth trying new thermostat before throwing away a perfectly ok tumble dryer.
Our old tumble dryer operated just fine but had no heat so my wife got excited about a new tumble dryer. Instead I thought worth trying a new thermostat and discovered there are two and they cost £7 and where easy to change using the stores video and bingo, everything works fine again! Wife not happy 🤷🏼♂️ 😂
