BLUEAIR Air Purifiers for Large Rooms, Cleans 3,048 Sqft In One Hour, HEPASilent Smart Air Cleaner For Home, Pets, Allergies, Virus, Dust, Mold, Smoke - Blue Pure 211i Max

I purchased two of these Air Purifiers in April of last year (currently February, ~10 months later) and am extremely pleased with the results and effectiveness of the product.I live in Brooklyn, NY in a railroad style apartment (one side facing street near-ish a busy road, the other side facing an interior courtyard) and I purchased two 311i Maxs. One is in the the threshold between the kitchen/living area and bedroom area and the other is in the main "bedroom" that faces the street. The threshold between rooms is high traffic, so lots of dust and particulates get swept around when I walked between the rooms of the apartment. Immediately I noticed that the dust accumulation in the living and bedroom area became much more gradual. The purifier itself also traps a TON of dust clumps on the cloth outer filter that needs to be cleaned periodically but I am happy to know that it is certainly doing its job. The bedroom purifier also is doing well, but its a much lower traffic area of the apartment so it doenst need to be cleaned as often.The advertised filter live is 6 months. However, after 10 months the high traffic air purifier's filter is just about at 15% and I purchased a replacement. For context, I run it constantly at its lowest setting and have it automatically adjust to a medium high setting for two hours each evening from 5-7pm (this is usually when I am cooking and honestly, not even sure if this is necessary). I am extremely impressed with the durability of the filters in this capacity.Noise wise, I couldn't be happier. They certainly have gotten marginally louder over time (likely due to filter age) but really not bad at all. My (aging) refrigerator's cool cycle is louder than these things. I'm an audio engineer so I use my ears for a living and am particularly sensitive especially when I am working or trying to go to sleep. Not only is the purifier's noise imperceptible from more than 10 or so feet away, but I have on running all day in my studio where I work and I don't have to turn it off except to record exceptionally quiet sources. To be fair, this is all on the lowest setting. The higher settings are certainly noticeable, but about the same volume as my Mideas air conditioner.The app also works great. When there was renovations happening in the apartment below mine, I was able to periodically check in on the particulate levels while I was out for work and adjust the purifiers intensity as needed to make sure no unwanted drywall or wood dust settled in my apartment. The indicators on the units are helpful as well to see the air quality change when cooking or lighting...erm "incense" and know that the purifiers are doing their job and keeping the house clean and odor free. You can have the filters auto-set depending on particulate levels but honestly, they work so fast at the lowest setting I rarely find myself manually upping the intensity of the fan unless there is a serious cooking/smoke mishap or something similar. You're probably better off just keeping them on low 90% of the time.Recommend these to folks all the time as I do to you, dear reader.

Can’t beat this purifier. It’s powerful and work amazingly well to clean the air of the apartment in no time. Also it’s quiet and looks very nice on the floor. Price is more than reasonable for what it can do! Love it!

My allergies returned with a vengeance when I moved to the SoCal desert. Coughing and every other symptom was murder on my voice and sleep quality. The dust, particulate matter, ozone etc. required me to search for meds that I dislike taking. Bought this air purifier and an hour later my symptoms diminished. It’s was pretty awesome. No noise either. Quiet and effective. Pretty lightweight if I can lift it and carry it to another room easily. I don’t think i need to move it though..i chose the 3,000 sf purifier and my villa is only 1650sf. So my whole home, every room, has clean air to breathe. It’s made a huge difference in the home’s air quality. No smell, I sleep like a baby, filters are easy to find.

The quietest we have found.High is a bit fluttery sounding. Indoor tobacco smoker in home, so got this. Tobacco smoker said that one family member needs it for different smoke. Ok? Works well, no matter. The young have app for it on their phones and thus they fiddle with it a lot. Works just fine on Auto setting when they are gone and I ignore it. It reports air quality to them constantly. How nice for them. Ahem. Seems like a quality item.

I have 3 dogs in the house (range is limited to 2 rooms) and, despite frequent baths and brushing, was noticing alot of dog hair and excessive dust on the floor and furniture. I have been using this large room air filter for about a month. Setup was simply removing it from the box and plugging it in. It is so quiet I never hear it running at all. I have removed the outer filter once already, handwashed, air dried it and put it back on all with ease. It does such a great job there is very little dust on the furniture, much less dog hair and the air quality indicator always shows the best air quality. Such peace of mind. I bought a smaller one for my sons room and it has helped alot with his allergies and constant sneezing. I am very happy with my purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this price based on reviews. I purchased 3 air purifiers last year on Amazon prime days. Due to my research that is best to have more than one air purifier located in several parts of your house. So I purchased a AROEVE MK06-, a LEVOIT LV-H128, and a Winix 5500-2 Air Purifier with True HEPA, PlasmaWave and Odor Reducing Washable AOC Carbon Filter Medium. And a BLUEAIR Blue Pure 211i Max. I put the BLUEAIR 211i Max downstairs, the LEVOIT LV-H128 in my large bedroom. And the AROEVE MK06-. And a Winix 5500-2 Air Purifier with True HEPA, PlasmaWave and Odor Reducing Washable AOC Carbon Filter Medium upstairs. I have the 2 small units in my large bedroom. The AROEVE MK06-, and the LEVOIT LV-H128. I am super impressed with the Winix 5500-2 Air Purifier with True HEPA, PlasmaWave and Odor Reducing Washable AOC Carbon Filter Medium. And the BLUEAIR Blue Pure 211i Max. And the LEVOIT LV-H128. All 3 of these Air Purifiers work extremely well. I have the 2 Air Purifiers in my large bedroom. The AROEVE MK06-, and the LEVOIT LV-H128. The AROEVE does not seem to pick up anything. But the LEVOIT, and the Winix 5500-2 Air Purifier with True HEPA, PlasmaWave and Odor Reducing Washable AOC Carbon Filter Medium. And the BLUEAIR Blue Pure 211i Max. Are absolutely excellent. It picks up all kinds of air pollutants. I have too clean out the pre-filter pretty often. I have noticed a reduction and dust in dog hair..
