Have I never thought I will write a review. Those pills worked on my tummy in 4 days and tummy got flat without any dieting. I feel happy, and my stomach is even happier. I take 3 pills per day, despite ten suggestion. Love how my stomach feels after the eating food. It’s doesn’t hurt any more. Apparently all what my stomach needed is bunch of new probiotics to leave in into my belly.

Was having a lot of intense intestinal problems. This item was recommended to me by nurse that is a neighbor and friend and it has worked very well for me. I continue to take it. I have not had any intestinal upset since I’ve been on it would highly recommend this product.

Always an excellent product unfortunately like everything is going up in price. But it’s good quality and a necessity for me

Been taking this for a couple months. Seems to do a good job of breaking down food with the B-12. Seems to help with occasional acid reflux but it's hard to know about that for sure. Why in the world does the package include 28 capsules instead of 30 or 31??? It costs enough. That's why I gave it a rating of 4.

It took a couple of weeks for my system to get used to the change, but I love it. Has helped my bowel health. I work in a GI office and the doctors always recommend it to patients. I now understand why!

These probiotics worked perfectly for me. I noticed a real difference and they did exactly what they’re supposed to do. Very satisfied with the results.

I tried Align after using other brands for a few years. Initially I noticed no difference. After about a week I thought it might be working better than previous brands as there seemed to be reduced instances of stomach discomfort. After about 3-5 weeks I saw a distinct change for the worse in my digestive system. I experienced early morning bloating or nausea symptoms and gas. It worsened to the point where it affected sleep, consistently waking up 2-3 hours early and not being able to go back to sleep. These issues would typically go away at some point into my normal daily routine. But the sleep problems and morning bloating persisted. I tried everything, drastically reducing coffee, better meal balance and taking Preemptive Pepto Bismol before bed. I finally resorted to skipping the daily Align. On day #2 problems were diminished but still there. There was continuous improvement each night/morning for the next 5-7 days, By about day 9 or 10 I feel back to the previous norm. My FItbit sleep scores dropped from low 80's to consistent low 70's during the weeks while taking Align and have gone back up to the high 80's since getting this probiotic out of my system. My research indicates that Align uses a bacteria strain that is unique and different from other probiotic brands. Apparently it works well for some individuals. I am firmly convinced that Align usage may be detrimental to other people's digestive comfort and health.

As someone who has always had gut and bloating issues, this probiotic is the best thing that I’ve ever tried! Within a week I could tell a significant difference in my gut health and the bloating. This is absolutely worth the price! If you struggle with gas, bloating, or digestive gut issues. I highly recommend this product!
