Worked like a charm! I turned off the water heater after our last shower at night to let it cool down, then did the flush process first thing in the morning while it was cool outside and the water heater was in the shade. The pump worked well the first time and the hookup was quite easy. The hardest part was using a wrench to remove the brass caps on my exterior pipes. If you can thread a garden hose you can use this product. I waited a little bit so the pump did not wake the neighbors but it actually is almost silent. The vinegar ended up a lovely light blue color from all of the dissolved copper junk inside the water tank. I dumped that back into its original container and flushed the water heater with many gallons of clean water. At first I was draining it into the bucket and walking the bucket to the street to dump it. But then I realized I can just use the red hose and shoot it all over my lawn. That was much quicker and easier. Don't hesitate to buy this product.

Worked flawlessly, so easy to use and descale a tankless water heater. What a great buy. I already had a gallon of white vinegar %5 plus 1 gallon of water brought that down to 2.5% acidity. And there has been a noticeable difference in heating and water pressure. I was expecting it to be loud but no it very quiet. I almost thought it was not working I had to check the return hose to make sure.

The flush kit is mostly very good. The only problem was that I had a terrible time getting the hoses to stop leaking. The washers were very difficult to get seated properly. When I first plugged the pump in, I got some of the acid solution squirted in my eyes. After that, it was all great. Good value overall. Hint: When using ANY flush pump with cleaning solution, wear eye protection and latex gloves! That's just good common sense.

UPDATE - their customer service has been great, they are sending a new pump.Worked fine when first purchased but went to flush my Rinnai tankless water heater today and the pump is dead. Made a humming noise for a few seconds and now nothing.

Everything you need all in one bucket, ready to hook up and flush your tankless water heater. It worked as expected and was easy to assemble. Be careful to get the hoses tight, especially the first time so you don't get sprayed with cleaning solution like me. (smile) The hose length was perfect for my setup, but could be a bit short for some installations. The submersible pump has a pretty long cord and moves more than enough cleaning solution to flush any tankless. Once you are done, the bucket holds everything and is easily stored.

The shipping was fast. I had to return the first kit. The pump was broken. The seller sent the new pump in two days worked very well to flush my tankless water heater. Everything needed was in the kit is set for white vinegar.

Very easy to use for flushing my tankless water heater. The pump will turn on as soon as its plugged in, so an on/off switch would be a great incorporation to the pump design. Easy to clean out the vinegar afterwards too. Very satisfied.
