I have used this a few times for double unders for crossfit. Whilst I have been able to do them for some time using other ropes, I have found adapting to this one the easiest. It has a good weight (neither too heavy or light) for my liking and the wider non slip grip handles make it easier to grip mid wod and I don't feel like I need to grip it too tightly to avoid it slipping out of my hands when sweaty, which saves my shoulders lots on higher rep sets. Not yet used the rope protector for rough surfaces but like the concept. Overall, really pleased with the purchase. (I've not been paid or incentivised to write this review)

A good rope, the handles have a nice feel to them, and while the rope can tangle it's still great for doing crossovers, it could perhaps spin a little easier but it might just need breaking in a bit, overall I'm pleased and with a bit of getting used to this will be a great rope for speed skipping and for doing tricks, would definitely recommend to those who want to be able to just skip as well as throw in a few more complex tricks.

This is a great speed rope. Very good quality, and feels highly durable. Its a cinch to readjust the length to get it just right for your height, and the handy bag that comes with it means it doesn't end up in a tangled mess between uses.

This speed rope is on a completely different level! I've tried a few and this is the best I've used by far. I find it a lot easier to skip and work up a sweat with this rope, and the grips give superb hold. Highly recommended :)

Fantastic, the handles feel really comfortable and the qeight of the rope is perfect. Ended up whipping myself a few times trying to crisscross, but think that's user error!
