I have bought so many of these. It's simple and it works.

I looked all over for a paper towel holder that doesn’t let the wind unwind the roll. Works great.

So many modern holders have a very wide attachment area that is fine to mount on a wall or under a cabinet but terrible for mounting inside a cabinet door, particularly a shaker with a border that's a different surface depth than rest of the door. This holder is perfect because it mounts from the top and has no unnecessary total width that could potentially interfere with the door closing. The attached pictures show a full size Costco paper towel roll as well as the shaker cabinet door frame. The screws included with the packaging are designed for wall mount. They are too long for a cabinet door. I purchased two #8 5/8" wood screws from Ace for 34 cents, and used a 7/64" bit to carefully drill pilot holes to help avoid any wood splitting. Hope this helps someone who is in the same predicament we were.

I’m using this as a space saving idea under our kitchen sink for garbage bags! I love that we can detach it from the base that’s screwed into the wood, refill the arm with the garbage bags, & then put it back under the sink. It’s so easy to pull off one bag at a time since the roll of bags rests against the cabinet wall & the arm moves as the bags are depleted. I LOVE that have created more space under my sink which I desperately needed, and other than the fact that it was tight quarters under our sink, I had no trouble installing it. The screws and anchors included with this product are fantastic. I mounted into a nice solid piece of wood with one screw, and had to utilize the anchor for the other, but that puppy is not going anywhere. We’ve been using this for over a month now, and while I’m the one who did all the work for this project, and my husband handles garbage duties, he can’t stop marveling at how much easier his job is.

Besides the fact that it was easy to install,,it really helps to get it off the counter,,more counter space is good.

I viewed several holders and ultimately decided getting the towels off the counter and keeping things simple was the way to go.. Turns out I was right. This holds a full Costco roll (shown) and the roll is easy to remove/replace. It’s also solid, not hollow, so it is sturdy with what appears to be powder-coated paint. While installing I did have to hold it with some tape to ensure our soft close hinges didn’t impede the paper towel roll when closing - it did a bit so be sure to test that before setting your screws. I also had to find just the right spot in order to close the cabinet and without the roll itself hitting the other cabinet door. I also chose to screw into the top of cabinet (with shorter screws than provided - will be painting them white) for added strength - it’s so low profile that worked, too. I will be hanging the second one to hold the garbage bags. Good luck!

Works like I needed it to. I was able to switch the orientation easily to fit my location.

Mounted inside of a cabinet door, works great for that purpose.
