Had a minor issue with the on/off rocker switch however I contacted customer service and they were very responsive to the concern. The customer service representative was able to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. I was very happy and would recommend them.

Have had about two weeks and so far very good. Easy to put together. I could have done it by myself but it was much easier with two people. Instructions were easy to read and follow. Haven’t used the heater very much but it does seem to work fine the times that I have used it. Heat level and output is a little hard to judge because we haven’t had any cold weather yet. The flames are exactly as pictured and very appealing. The remote works well. I chose the gray mantle and I love the color. There were no scratches or dents-nothing was damaged in the shipping. Noise level is minimal. I was skeptical about this order for the price but I can’t say enough good things. The value for the money is very good. Very pleased.

Okay so I spent a lot of time looking at all of these electric fireplaces and reading reviews…I chose this one because I wanted a mantle and I’m not into the multi colors for flames.Also; the size was right for my budget and my living room.I’m a single woman, 47 - put it together easily by myself. Didn’t take long either.Only has a very slight off gas smell.The high heat setting trips my breaker so I can’t use it on high. But low works just fine and it’s not very noisy at all - if I use my imagination it sort of sounds like a fireplace? HahaI’m really REALLY happy with it.

The only issue I had was with the shipping company (FedEx). The Seller though shipped a complete replacement to me and I have to be honest...this fireplace is beautiful! The flames are very realistic and I am thrilled with it. It was beyond easy to assemble, and the quality of it is just terrific. So, so happy I bought this brand and also from this seller. Excellent customer service experience. I highly recommend this item and this seller!!!

Looking at all the reviews and trying to find one that I would feel comfortable purchasing because to package it back up and send it back I really didn’t want to go through that hassle. I already have two nice electric fireplaces in my home and was looking for something to heat my wife’s small office in our basement and didn’t need a fancy one, just one that worked in the 300 sq ft space. This was the easiest furniture piece I’ve ever assembled. Place all your screws in on the section your working on then tighten them one by one while aligning the pieces. Everything aligns up the way it should and for my usage, this has a 5 star rating.

This electric fireplace is pretty to look at and arrived in good time. However, after 5 1/2 weeks it stopped working completely. We followed the directions in the handbook and called their customer service.It has now been one month of a constant run around. They sent us a new "motherboard" and expected us to have it installed which we did. The new "motherboard" provided a flame but no heat, no blower.We have had multiple texts with the company. They have asked for videos which we have sent. We are continuously told "They understand our frustration but as customer service representatives they have limitations and their headquarters is in another country (gee, which one??) The company is currently closed but theywill get back to us and will follow up." This is the same message we get over and over.We are filing a claim with the Amazon credit card as well as Amazon. Amazon customer service is usually excellent so I expect something will be resolved. But people....stay clear of this product and this company!

We received our fireplace quickly after ordering and it was fairly easy to assemble using two people. I love the wooden mantle part of the fireplace. It was packaged well and had no dings or scratches. It is very attractive. I do have one big disappointment with the heater part. It works well, but the logs and flames are solid yellow. On the website it showed some red mixed in with the yellow, which made for a more realistic look. It is almost as though a step was left out when it was manufactured. I have other small fireplace heaters that when turned on the logs have red in them which makes them look more realistic. Had it not been for that, I would have rated it five.

The media could not be loaded. This beauty is a steal! I can’t believe I only paid $269 for a fireplace of this size. Keep in mind pearl white is very white! It gives off a great amount of heat and you are able to shut off the heat which is great! Also it does make a little noise when you use the heat function but if you only want the flame, there is zero noise. The noise is not annoying, just sounds like something is running. Doesn’t bother me at all! Took about an hour to put together. Delivery was great, received both packages less than one week of placing my order. I can’t get enough of sitting by this adorable fireplace, just in time for holidays! Can’t wait to put a beautiful garland for Christmas on top!
