This chandelier is far prettier than the photo pictured! It's truly beautiful! The crystals look extremely clear, and it's very well made. My husband put this together with no directions. That was the only issue, there were no directions for assembly. He used the photo. So very pleased with my choice. Wow!

Very happy with the chandelier, it’s my first one. I appreciate other people’s reviews that helped me to make a decision to buy this. Our handyman installed it in about an hour and half, with reasonable fee. My first glance at it upon completion was impressed.

You’ll need two people for the install. Otherwise, assembly and install was straightforward.

I am missing a single crystal, part “C” from this chandelier. Could someone please contact me to get me the missing single crystal? Only reason for my 4star rating instead of 5 is because of the missing crystal! Please help! I installed this in my home already and I absolutely love it & no one else will probably notice the missing crystal-but I know it’s missing. It fits well in my 1890s home’s dining room!

This was the perfect addition to this room and for a fraction of the price to get something similar at Lowe’s. It was a lot of tiny sparkly pieces to put on but it was worth it. It’s prettier in person.

The chandelier is beautiful but the instructions were horrible so I looked up a video on YouTube and it’s lacking too. The installation video should be updated. I was given 3 out of 4 screws needed to screw into the ceiling. And the screws were not long enough. Although the chandelier is beautiful was so much work to but together. The nightmare came when I had to screw the cap to the ceiling. Overall I am pleased with the outcome but I must be honest, while going through, I was wondering if it was worth it.

I bought this beautiful chandelier in 2022. Since me & my husband are in the process of building our home I’m just now getting around to putting it together. While I was putting it together I broke one of the branch glass bowls. I have been trying to get in touch with Saint Mossi to get another one with no luck. I have sent 2 emails & haven’t gotten a reply. Has anyone else had this problem ?
