If you are contemplating buying these, then you should do it. They do exactly what they say they do. Don’t forget to buy the adhesive or the boot will come off. They aren’t fancy, but they work well.

Made it alot easier with installing the bellows.

It worked fine on exhaust bellows but too small for u-joint bellows so I went with Mercruiser open ended exhaust bellow that doesn’t fasten to outdrive assembly and returned it.

Trick to not being able to remove the shift rod is to take the clamps apart and then screw back together after inserting the 2 halves into the bellows.

Good quality. However, it did not fit in a 1971, pre alpha, Mercruiser.
