i used these for heating up soups and other meals like burgers curries and natchos, nice if you finly chop up and sprinkle into meal it just makes it hotter. just make sure you wear gloves or really inse your hands ive learned that the real hard way.only trouble is if your gonna put loads in a meal and your not used to real hot stuff line your stomach with some dairy like milkshake as i put 8 in a phaal curry and once it hit my guts i experienced some of the worst pain in my life like i was being dissemboweled with acid from inside out, it only lasted for probs 10-20 mins but it seemed like eternity, crap comming out of one end and vomit comming out of the other my tears and sweat were burning. so yh drink a milkshake. highly recommend
