Great material, stays on well for days

I go through a lot of KT Tape for various ‘body protests’ and I was interested to try this one out as a variety I’d not come across before. My thoughts are that it’s worth getting unless you are looking to wear it while swimming (or even past a shower). This kind definitely feels comfortable and noticeably more breathable than some of the other versions. I’ve done long workouts on hot days (long bike ride or long runs) with other tape on before and I’ll spare you the details of the sweaty situation collected underneath the tape hahaha! It’s now February so I haven’t put this through the same test yet but I have worn it for long moderately-sweaty workouts and it has held up well! Worth getting if you are a heavy sweaty!Just does not stay on in water as advertised. I wore it to the pool and had to peel off the remains and leave them piled politely next to my lane halfway through the workout. If you need a KT Tape that does stay on for a swim, try KT Tape Pro Extreme.

We go through a lot of kinesiology tape in our house between sports and joint problems. I have tried many brands and KT Tape is by far the best. This version seems to be the same as their standard tape, but I think it did stay on a little bit better for my sons football games.

If you're looking for the one that says on when wet (swimming laps, triathlon, wearing multiple days) this is the one. I ventured into cheap ones for my knee for near daily running when I was dealing with pain but needed to protect it swimming and racing too for a bit. Happy to report this one worked! And the knee is all better now without any time off from training.

The adhesive is nothing. Much less sticky than their other products. Would not recommend.

I have been using KT tape for years and I was very disappointed with this product. To begin, it does not stick well At all. I can normally wear the tape for at least 4 days and up to 7 days in the shower, swimming and everything. With this as soon as it gets wet, the edges are coming up and even if it doesn't get wet within a day, you're gonna have edges coming up. If you're needing to stick it anywhere like on your palm of the hand for tendonitis or on your foot for planters fasciitis or anything of that nature, it's is not gonna stay on there for more than a day. I also didn't like the feel of the tape itself. It has a funny texture to it and it seemed to catch lent and things of that nature. I won't purchase this one again however KT tape in general is great, this one just does not live up to the KT quality.
