A complete disaster. A totally useless item.

The umbrella doesn't work. It helps you get wet in the rain and makes you totally embarrassed because instead of protecting you from rain it flies off everytime you try to open it and lies there on the ground in front of you. Please make arrangements to collect this totally useless product.
