Lonely Planet Pocket London (Pocket Guide) Paperback – Folded Map, April 18, 2023

I carried this book all over London! I would give it to my kids on longer train rides to look through. There is a lot of information packed into this tiny book!

This proved to be an excellent travel guidebook for a week - long stay in London. It is small, light, and easily fits into your daily backpack. It was divided into regions/sections of London, with useful walking tours and restaurant/cafe recommendations.In particular, I found the tips for navigating the city outstanding. Had I not read it beforehand, I would not have known about the immensely valuable oyster card for all public transportation, including the incredible Underground. I highly recommend this book.
