These fit great and are what I would call true to size.Ordered a size 14 to go into my size 14 Air Max 1s and they fit perfectly with no trimming needed.Excellent if you are having a Plantar Fasciitis flare-up.I own Doctor prescribed Carbon Fiber inserts that I got for FP some years ago.They work but unfortunately are a little 'sharp' around the heel cup and they are NOT full lengthand only go to just before the ball/ forefoot.These inserts though are perfect!!!Light padded with a comfy heel cup and the arch support is reinforced TPU, not just paddinglike you find on so many other inserts that just squish down after only a little bit of wear.I would highly recommend these to make your feet feel good again.They may take a little getting used to since the arch support is high and stiff but after a littletime, your feet will thank you.

I tried multiple walk hero insoles and these I found to be the best ones.They were the most comfortable with two layers of foam. The layer directly under the foot was nice and the layer on the bottom towards the midsole is a little firmer but flexible. You can feel the shank for the high arch support towards arch and heel.The other ones from walk hero with the all grey no pattern insole are much more stiff and firm. I do not recommend them for any sports or walking. I used the green ones for hiking and in my tennis/pickleball shoes and they work great for my feet. They are wider, cup your heel, so the thickness may add some height to in shoes.I find them very comfortable and grabbed a second pair in the grey with the pattern on it for my other shoes where the insole just sucked, the high arch is just a nice benefit.

Don’t normally Do reviews, but these are outstanding. My ankles feel so much better.

These inserts are well formed and sturdy yet still comfortable enough for all day!

As you can see on the picture, these have great arch support! I have VERY flat feet. I have had expensive custom insole made in the past and I like these best. For the price, I have a pair for all shoes. Worth the money. I will buy again

These have been great in providing foot support and relieving my foot pain, but the top 'fabric' layer is peeling off of the pairs I first bought, so their durability is not as good as I had hoped. That said, even those ones are still as supportive as they were when new.

I have purchased these in many colors and have found them all to be a great help for my arthritic feet. When you first look at them you wonder 'how are these going to help"? They are not exactly super soft. They slip easily into my shoes. For me...I put them right on top of the insole that comes with the sneaker. You might have to remove that. I get them when they are on sale and have them in all of my athletic shoes. I doubt these would fit into women's dress shoes as they are not that thin. Perfect though for your sneakers which I practically live in. At nearly 71 I am able still walking over 50 miles a week...and these help with that. Try them...I heartily recommend.

I use these in my dance shoes that have little/no support. I replaced the insoles that came with my shoes with these and I have no regrets. They have been incredible comfortable, with moderate support. They're thin in profile which makes them easy to slip in and not stuff your feet. I'm going to replace the other insoles I have with these soon!

Arch support is great and it still manages to be soft
