I love SheaMoisture Daily Hydration Body Oil; it is fantastic for my dry and sensitive skin. It is very lightweight yet loaded with nutritious oils, leaving my skin soft and smooth for two days after application. I recommend that you use it after showering so that it locks more moisture in. The heavenly scent is very mild, relaxing, and not overwhelming. It is also a great Christmas/New Year gift for yourself or loved ones.

Very light weight, applies smoothly. Not sticky, seems to hydrate well. No weird, heavy scent--barely any scent at all. I was expecting to smell coconut, but not really. I like the clean ingredients. I add a little to my lightweight lotion when I need more moisturizing but not enough to use a heavy cream. Will buy again.

This body oil is a dream. It absorbs quickly without feeling greasy, and the coconut scent is light and natural. It’s perfect for dry skin, and a little goes a long way. Compared to high-end body oils, this one is just as good for a fraction of the price.

I had to write a review (husband's page). First, let me say I love this product. I used this at my sister's house this past spring and noticed a big difference in my skin softness and it felt moisturized. I was happy to find this product on Amazon. What I like about this product, it softens the skin nicely. I'm currently going through menopause and right now my skin is a nightmare and keeping it moisturized is a must. You put this on after you take a shower while your skin is still wet. The scent is light and sweet (coconut), and the oil is light, and it doesn't leave you feeling greasy. I have sensitive skin so harsh ingredients irritate it. This doesn't. I also liked that it stayed with me all day, the moisture. I notice since I started using this oil, I also don't have to apply any lotion on my skin throughout the day, which is nice. I gave it a 4-star rating because the only thing I didn't like is the price and that this product doesn't come in larger ounces. I felt the price was a bit high for the 8 ounces you get. I wish the ounces were more like their lotions as I have seen on Amazon.

This is the best-smelling oil ever. It is rich and deeply moisturizing and it just makes me happy. I use it along with the same scent lotion and even the hair moisturizer.

I got this while looking for something to put on right after I shower or bathe while still in the shower/bath. I had tried a diff brand of the in shower lotion that had a lil color to it to tan u but it kept rubbing off on all my white towels. It would wash out but I reuse my towel several times before I wash it & it looked disgusting hanging over my shower with brown stuff all over it plus I felt like the lotion wasn't sinking into my skin any. I went looking for something else & found this. I know coconut oil is great for ur skin & I've used it but in its solid state its messy! I really enjoy this! It absorbs into ur skin quickly, the light natural scent of it is amazing & the moisturizing effect is great! Also, I'm single & only 1 child who's 18 at home so I'm home alone a lot. I can never reach my back (which always feels dry) & she's not home much to help me out! LolWith this, u can reach back behind ur neck & squirt some so it runs down ur back. I then try to rub it in on every spot I can reach & let it sit a few min on the ones I can't before drying off. That's one way to get to those places! It has a light scent but it's just the scent of the oils themselves not anything added. It smells really good! U feel really moisturized after! My review is my own...I didn't receive anything in return! I highly recommend!

First, you should know oils penetrate better and deeper into the underlying tissues; because their molecules are smaller. Second, creams weight more and sit on top of the skin, and their density inhibits their ability to penetrate the skin. This oil is light, penetrate nicely, and even greater penetration if used right after showering. You are never left feeling sticky, it leaves a lasting glow, and smells great!
