I love that this is unsweetened and decaf. It is creamy and the coffee flavor is so rich and good. I saw where some people complained about "clumping". If you put hot water in your cup first then the packet of coffee, use a small whisk to mix it, there is absolutely no clumping. I started out putting the coffee packet in first and even then using a whisk I had no clumping but I do think it mixes best putting water first then coffee packet.

I have been searching for over a year for a good instant café latte that is unsweetened, and I have finally found it with this instant cappuccino. Thank you, Nescafe, for realizing not everyone is addicted to sugar. It is not bitter and is quite creamy. Loads of froth. Will definitely order again.

This product produces an instant coffee with a slight foam on top. It is not like "gas station 'cappuccino'" which is thick and more of a hot cocoa type of consistency. This is unsweetened flavor, tastes like coffee with a good deal of cream that froths up just a bit.I love these kind of instant cappuccinos on days where you just want a little cappuccino fix but can't make one at home and don't feel like running to a coffee shop. Let me be clear that this is not a coffee shop quality cappuccino - it's an instant mix product. But it's great quality and flavor for what it is. I love love love that this product is in decaf because I am highly sensitive to caffeine. Nescafe is the only brand of decaf instant cappuccino I could find and I was so pleased that it actually tastes good too!

It's not even necessary to use a whole packet. You can mix one-half or one-quarter into your cup and it will give you the most creamy, super foamy result. Love these packets and the cost savings of making it at home.
