Nice bike
Nice starter bike for the price point

Best bang for your buck bike for 9 year old girls
My kid absolutely loved it. The assembly is pretty straight forward. Slap the front wheel on. Put the handle bar on, put he pedals on and slide in the seat post. Then pump up the tires and you're good to go. I will say I didn't really look at the instructions so I can't review them. Overall, it's pretty great for the price. The only downside is no hand brakes, just the pedal brake. But some kids will see that as a feature I suppose.

Perfect Size
My 5 year old is smaller than average - 40% height and 20% weight (39lbs) - and this was the perfect size. If you have the seat on the lowest setting her feet touch the ground perfectly. It is also light enough she can easily control it. This is her first 'bigger bike' so she did not have previouse experience with a bigger bike - we upgraded from a small 12" two wheeler - to 16" and it was the perfect adjustement. With the seat moving up and down she will be able to grow with the bike even more. It being light enough where she can manuever it makes her very confiendt to ride it. We had a hard time finding a bike that was just the right size for her stature. I would def recommend purchasing this when upgrading bikes - its great for smaller and bigger kids alike. ADVISE: Purchase kickstand seperate! We forgot about this!

Decent bike for the price, bad manual
Bought this as a gift and it seems to be a decent bike for the price. Would have loved to support a local bike shop, but they don't seem to carry anything nearly this affordable ($160+ for a kids bike) and the used name brand bikes are either beat up, or are being sold at near the price of a new one. The Good: The bike feels sturdy and well built (it could hold a 140 pound adult without any issues) Seat and geometry seem good for a small child (4 thru 6) I think this would be too small for a 7 or 8 year old Sturdy and easily adjustable training wheels. It's mostly assembled out of the box. Came mostly assembled out of the box, and was easy to put together once you decode the instructions (Hint, ignore the manual follow the simple ones on the box, or just use common sense.) Neutral: Overall quality of the bike appears a bit less than a Trek or name brand, but not in such a way that would impact a small child unless they are seriously into biking. If your going to be that family doing 10 mile weekends then this isn't the bike for you. If this is your neighborhood cruiser this is sufficient for the purpose. This would be a better "Kit" if it included the tools to put it together (your going to need a socket or a wrench set) as in this mail order world most items ship with cheap included wrenches at the least. Bad: The manual is pretty worthless and covers what appears to be 20 different possible bikes in different languages, this actually confuses the process especially if your not really familiar with bike terminology. It would be nice if the manual included torque specs. The rear coaster brake seems a little weak. From my recollection you should be able to lock the wheel and skid easily on the pedal brake, this one didn't seem to be quite that grabby.

Fantastic value...especially for a bike that my child will outgrow shortly!
I love my local bike shop, and I love the popular brand name bikes of Trek, Giant, Specialized, etc, etc. But over $200 for a 16" kids bike that is going to be outgrown quickly? I just couldn't do it. Sight unseen, off Amazon, I bought this for my 4 year old daughter (who's of normal size I guess for a 4 year old). It was easy to put together, just needed a small crescent wrench. I've got the seat pretty far down and it fits her perfectly with room to grow. I expected it to be heavier, for such a cheap price, but it's of better quality than I expected for this price. She was immediately off and riding it around with ease. Sure, it's not a big name brand, but it looks great, rides great, and is perfect until she outgrows it.

Great bike!
Just got it today; super easy to put together and seems very well made! Also a lot of other comments said theirs were missing parts, but our bike was not missing any parts! We also have a 12” bike (same brand/dynacraft magna) and it has been ridden almost non stop for the last two and a half years and has held up amazingly; this one appears to be the same bike but bigger version so I hope to get several years of use out of it as well! Appears sturdy and well made just like our 12”!

well-built but simple
Birthday gift for our 8 yr. old grand-daughter. She has out grown her 16 inch wheel bike & this 20 inch bike is perfect. We like the fact that this bike is NOT equipped with any handle bar braking handles. It does have brakes within the (backward) pedal mechanism. Handle bars & seat are easily adjusted for a perfect fit to the rider.
