My grill came without instructions. I got the top gold one & 2 wax things. What do I do?

Put the wax things inside the grill then put sum hot water in a cup and put the grills in let it set for abt 1 min so the wax get soft then place them on ur teeth so the wax can make a mold of ur teeth it should stay

Yeah style was great but the fading was wrong I just throw them away.
