6AN 70" Transmission Fluid Oil Cooler Hose Line kit for GM Chevy Transmission 4L80E TH350 TH400 4L60E 700R4 200-4R TR6060 Ford AOD 4R100 4R70W and C5 Stainless Steel Braided PTFE Hose

2003 Chevrolet 2500HD 2WD 6.0L 4L80E transmission. These lines were perfect, the kit came with both transmission inserts, the 4 90” bends needed for the lines to come out of the transmission and to attach up to the trans cooler. Used teflon tape around each attachment. So far no leak, lines were perfect length, not hard to install if you have the right wrench sizes. For my 2WD 4L80E transmission, the only products I used in the kit were: 2 70” lines 4 90 Degree bends 2 transmission inserts Had to buy seperate “ EVIL ENERGY 6AN Male to 3/8" Quick-Disconnect Female EFI Fuel Rail Fitting Aluminum 2PCS” to fit the lines to the trans cooler. Worked perfect though! Seam like good durable lines, fittings seem good quality, value for money is great. Update; one of the lines were leaking from the factory connection, sent me new lines and had priority shipping. Because of this, gonna leave at 5 stars!

Its a great kit for either repairing rotted/leaking transmission lines or building a project car/truck i recommend this kit.

The kit listing and description didn’t really say too much about Tremec manual transmission models, like the TR-6060 (comes on newer mid to late 2000’s vehicles, ex: Dodge Viper, 2010+ Dodge Challenger V8, 2010+ Chevrolet Camaro, 2007-2015 Ford Shelby GT500, etc.) I ended up using it on a 2010 (5th gen) Chevy Camaro SS manual coupe, which comes with the factory 6-speed TR-6060 trans. I had to remove the factory fittings from the transmission and factory trans cooler (hooked up to the factory radiator). The factory GM quick disconnect fittings all used -6AN male threads. Because of this, I had to get some -6AN ORB male to -6AN male fittings. You will need 4 in total for a TR-6060 setup; 2 for the transmission, and 2 for the whatever trans cooler, if you do happen to have one set up. From there, you can simply use 2 of the 90-degree -6AN male to -6AN female fittings, that come in this kit. The 70” inch -6AN trans cooler lines, made from stainless steel braiding, worked out fine, with the addition of me getting the 4 additional -6AN ORB to -6AN, male to male fittings. I attached the lines to the 90 degree -6AN male fittings (which attach to the additional -6AN ORB male fittings) on the trans, and then simply attach the rest of the lines to the other -6AN ORB fittings that you installed on the (factory) trans cooler. Good price, but you will need additional parts. For that reason, I rated it a 4 out of 5 stars. Maybe they could start selling specific kits, or provide the additional fittings/parts in these universal transmission cooler line kits. Also, make sure you do measure the inner diameter of the factory fittings, or whatever lines you originally removed; since the newer -6AN fittings and lines have a specific inner diameter (ID). If you end up going from a much larger ID, to the smaller ID of this -6AN setup, you may run into pressure/hydraulic issues… Luckily for my application, the stock hard lines and fittings, were roughly oretty similar in inner diameter (maybe about ~0.5-1 mm difference at most).

I got in a jam at 1am during a snow storm and blew the line on the lift cylinder on plow. Was able to use this line im a diesel mechanic and had no idea what line is rated for. This held alot of pressure no problem no leaks I believe its still onbthe truck.

I ordered a 70 in kit it simply States it's a 70-in kit in the product title or the kit title the kit that showed up was a 76 in kit Which is far too long for the vehicle that I'm installing it on to make it worse it was a customer's car it was a time sensitive job and had to be done at a certain time that's why I went with this kit because I could get it ordered in a timely fashion however it is now cost me more and more time and more money than I care to even discuss however I'm going to as a buyer beware the kit that showed up Not only was it wrong in size however it was not in a state of what I would consider a NEW PART quality it had been prior installed or used prior by somebody and possibly returned it had transmission fluid on it the fittings were dirty as well as they were marred up from people using a wrench that was the wrong size the box that the product came in was such a small package for the amount of items in the package that they had Twisted the braided steel line in such a tight circumference of a circle that it was actually thinking the line in spots causing even further issues with the quality of the product and that being stated the quality of the stainless steel line and interior flexible PEX line is a very low quality the swivel fittings themselves are also low quality and then to continue with the quality issue the fittings that come with the kit to be able to adapt to different radiators and or Cooling cooling style systems and Transmissions were also very low quality with some of the threads needing to be cleaned up before they could actually be installed into the transmission as well as the radiator that we're both in New Quality and new condition however these fittings wouldn't thread in easily and it was due to the poor quality of the fitting manufacturer AND THE THREADS HAD TO BE CHASED TO MAKE THEM USE ABLE. So the customers car wasnt done onetime. I had to get my local fittings and hose building supply house to do an after hours service for me however there hoses were exactly as I asked and exactly what they promised and of far greater quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that even with an after hours fee makes the locally built hose's the way to go. I have really been trying to offer my customers more competitive pricing and been giving Amazon and its sellers a chance to fulfill as many parts and materials as I need aslong as there quality and reliability is of high enough standard to compete with my normal suppliers. But quslity and reliability have and will always be my first priority. These hoses in my experience have been far from eaither of any acceptable level of quality and I cant imagine in such low quality there could possibly be any argument made that there reliable in any way. There are however dozens of other suppliers of these kits from other manufacturers available on Amazon so keep shopping. I WOULDN'T BUY THIS KIT AGAIN!!!

This size fit perfectly well My 2000 mustang GT. You might have to zip tie it to make it to look neater but it fits.
