Oh my goodness!! This has quickly become one of my favorite bibles. The giant print is perfect! The size of the bible is fantastic. It's lightweight. I've never had a Filament bible before but this one is AMAZING! It's a beautiful bible. I love that it zips close. And it lays flat.

Great value for a gift

What a great compact with a nice zipper cover for traveling! I do like the filament app aspect, although it’s not as robust as using other Bibles or resources such as the life application. But I needed a medium to small Bible travel, and I can buy larger ones for more detailed resources as I need. The design outside was super cute and I love the font size because it makes it easier on my eyes since I have to wear readers. I would highly recommend it!

Love it recommend this little bible just some fading on the spine and a smudge on a page that i found will see its more if not it doesn't bother me i can still read the words on it. Will wrap the cover with clear adhesive vinyl to preserve the color of the bible cover

First of...Love my bible! I purchased this specifically to carry in my purse. I wanted a zippered bible so that, when I stick a pen in my purse, it can't get in and mess up the pages. I got the giant print because, let's face it, my eyes are older. I also love the fact that it lays pretty flat making it easy to handle. The one thing I am not a fan of is how thin and flimsy the cover is. It gets scratched up pretty easy, it's creased around the edges, and I'm starting to worry that it may rip in the near future. The zipper is nice and sturdy, I guess I'll just have to see how long it holds up. 9/10 - recommended

Love this Bible. I use it with my KJV that I have used since a child and find this version very useful in understanding the scripture.

I already have a Tyndale standard Bible that a relative gave me donkeys years ago but wanted something written in modern English (it's American but that's ok) and something with BIG text so I can read it comfortable, because with age my sight isn't as good as it once was. I have no problem reading this Bible which is great. The cover is very pretty, not quite sure what that's made of, I'd guess card with some kind of plastic coating and the sage green zipper fabric is stitched around the edges of the cover, the zip itself is quite strong. It will be ideal for travelling and a nice compact size to pop in a suitcase or bag. There's room to put tabs on the pages, which I've done as I get fed up fumbling around looking for a particular verse or book, but the tabs need to be the 'mini' type. It really is a lovely Bible. The text/print is mainly in black apart from the words spoken by Jesus which is in red. I'm not sure why they do this, but I guess it makes it easier for some people. There's also a free app you can download to your phone which you don't have to get and I haven't. Which allows you to check certain phrases, dates, events etc for more information on them. But you really don't need to get the app to be able to use this Bible, it just gives you the option to go into more depth, I suppose for studying. The only thing I'm not keen on is that when open it's difficult to hold due to the zip and it won't lay flat for the same reason. Maybe that's me being fussy but I guess there's no way they could alter that unless the cover was separate to the book more like a zipped sleeve. So that's something to consider, I don't think I'd buy another compact zipped Bible mainly for that reason, awkward to hold and won't lie flat. I'd probably go for the slimline compact if I ever decide to get another Bible.

Absolutely beautiful… just what I wanted! I got it at a much lower price than the original. Quite small-medium in size so could easily be portable to church, work or on the go. I assumed the zip part was separate to the book but it’s combined together which is actually quite perfect. Love the cover design too.
