I love this scent from Bigelow, and needed to get it quickly.so ordered from Amazon. Arrived on time.

The good zipper closure ensures no leaks or spills while traveling.Cons:Misleading Caps: Disappointed that all the caps were screw caps while the listing pictures showcased flip-top caps and pumps. This inconsistency was misleading at the time of purchase.Despite the unexpected screw caps, the kit's premium quality, delightful aroma, and ample sizes truly contribute to a pampering journey, making it an esteemed inclusion in any traveler's repertoire.

I found this brand and scent when I was on vacation and couldn’t wait to get some for myself. I love the way it smells!The only reason I’m rating it 4 stars is because it would be much more convenient if they were screw off tops and were flip tops.

Aside from the caps being the screw-off kind instead of flip tops, I love everything about this set: these are high-quality products with a delicious fragrance!The set of four Lavender Peppermint Travel items comes in a nicely done zippered black travel case, so it's super easy to toss in with your toiletries and not risk things leaking. I appreciate that these products are all cruelty-free/paraben free.The scent is reminiscent of a luxury hotel stay. The body lotion was emollient and lovely. It didn't make my skin itchy or uncomfortable. The shower gel lathered up nicely and left my skin smelling great. Both the shampoo and conditioner lathered and rinsed out well. Sometimes, travel hair care products are kind of meh, but these are well-formulated and feel like salon quality. A soak in a big tub, a fluffy white robe, and these C.O. Bigelow items will make any travelers feel pampered!

The fragrance is barely there. Quality not great.

This very nice set of shampoo, conditioner, gel, and lotion definitely has an upscale look and feel to it, very much what I might expect to find in a luxury hotel. The description refers to a soothing and tingling sensation, which is what I typically look for in my shampoos and conditioners. In addition to the feeling of a “deep clean “, the scent certainly is very refreshing. Neither the peppermint nor the lavender is overpowering, but still very noticeable in a very pleasant way. For me personally, I would actually prefer a little bit more of that tingling sensation, but at the same time, I certainly cannot complain with what this shampoo offers. In addition to the four convenient little travel bottles, the transparent travel case is also very nice, having a sturdy feel and a strong zipper. I think this little package makes for a nice little gift item, or simply maybe a little treat for oneself.

I bought the product because In your picture I saw that the lotion has a pump dispenser. But when I got it it does not have a pump dispenser.
