what happens when you stop using nanoxidil? do you lose all your hair ?

When you stop using minoxidil you will experience shedding. This is a medication and has effect only if you use it.

As price in Economics usually influences demand it seems odd 4 sum sellers 2 charge considerably more in a competitive market 4 the same product Perhaps they are chancers hoping someone will randomly buy it as some people research has shown believe more expensive goods somehow are better- expensive placebos work more effectively than cheap ones! However I usually go 4 the cheaper option as this to me makes sense to my bank account Be aware some cheaper options have expired thou this really shouldn't make a difference as medicines generally remain stable 4 a considerable time after the expiry date

Does it lead to shedding before showing results? For eg: When you start using Minoxidil, the hair will shed before it grows again

In my experience yes, but only for a short period of time. I started seeing new growth in 2 weeks. The most important thing is consistency . You'll need to use this for at least 1 year, or longer, everyday to keep results, otherwise don't even bother. I had to stop because they raised the price by over £10 and I couldn't afford it anymore.

Does it still smell horrible? I tried it some years ago and it was disgusting. I switched to the much better L version, but they withdrew that.

This contains caffein and Nanoxidil which is basically minoxidil. I am sensitive to Minoxidil (like many other users). If you are not, I would recommend Minoxidil 5% and dermaroller.
