Trying for first time
Arrived today, so hoping this helps with my constipation, bloated stomach and insomnia. It has a slightly sweet smell, did a little taste test, not overly sweet. Gave 4 stars for efficient delivery, on time, on the day, delivered with care, package not damaged. Ordered 1kg as cheaper and will last longer, will update in a month after using.

Double dosage
Bought larger size as i thought it would last longer and a good price. However false economy as have to use twice the amount daily as the previous tub . Teaspoons instead of 2. Upside does not seem to clump.

Hoping it helps my gut
This was recommended by one of the many daytime TV programmes, talking about fibre and fat around your organs!!! I've given ago and it don't know whether it's really had a benefit but it tastes fine in my morning coffee.
