Why did you choose this product over others?: Top quality, as good as OEM IMHO. The fit and finish oozes quality with decent weighted casing and precision crimping of the can casing at the base rim. When I took apart a previous used filter then you can clearly see a substantial length of pleated filter material is used, giving peace of mind that this will go the distance for 7,500 miles or more. The over pressure release valve uses a proper spring and rubber seal unlike some cheaper brand designs. The thread for screwing the filter to the engine is machined cleanly with no burrs or mess left over from manufacture. It's also great value for money, typically 20-30% cheaper than OEM. Highly recommend.

I do all the oil changes myself, so avoiding labour charges, and spend a little more on quality oils and filters. Seems to have worked, with a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX and a 2001 Saab 93 both using very little oil between oil changes and no compression problems. This filter fits both the Subaru and a 1.3 Mazda2 which we have in the family - I would recommend using such a higher quality brand filter.

I used my Nissan X-Trail, and for a moment there was a difference in the color of the oil, and this indicates the quality of the filter. It is well filtered. Greetings to all

Incorrect Part sent to me this oil filter fits Nissan Micra, it does not fit Nissan teana. what a waste of money.
