The struts for the bed of the hammock require assembly- these were poorly cut so they would not fit together properly. I had to saw the ends to the proper angle so they would fit together. After that was done and it was finally put together it’s fine, but be aware that it might require more effort to assemble than expected. I got it on sale or I would have just returned it if I had paid full price and had to do this.ETA: Updating from 2 stars to 5 for amazing customer support alone. After submitting this review, the seller reached out to me and offered a refund. I greatly appreciate the quick and unsolicited response to this issue.

i love the comfort and the color of it. i always wanted a hammock and it was a good price compared to others out there. it dries easy after the rain and i like how you can adjust the height of it for adults or children to climb in. definitely recommend!

I love it! Is very easy to assemble and put away. Everything will fit in the black bag that comes with the Hammock.The materials are very high quality. I did purchased the 2 year warranty just in case, but is well worth it.

Hammock is great. Bought it for my girlfriend and her and I were both able to comfortably lay on it for a combined 340ish lbs. only reason I’m writing a review is because it was something I didn’t consider before buying a solid canvas hammock vs the rope ones. I love the look of this over the rope ones but It’s like a wind sail on a boat and has blown over with the most average/light wind. I will go buy anchors for the ground and hope that fixes the problem.

I thought that all stands were the same. This one is a foot shorter and almost sixteen inches - from hook to hook - shorter.It works. I wouldn't recommend anyone heavier than 250 lay in it. You lay very low to the ground - the rings are on the hooks.

This hammock was super easy to put together and looks great as well. However when my boyfriend and I laid on it for the first time, the link broke immediately! We both fell with no notice. Not sure if I’m keeping it. I’m in fear the kids will play on it and hurt themselves.

Even on the highest rung, once you are in you are low to the ground. You can almost roll out onto the floor. It worked great for my lightweight grandkids ( 9 & 11). It suited them well. Easy to take apart and put away for now. Not sure how to solve the stretch in the fabric.

I've had this for 5 days now and have used it almost every day. I love the size of the hammock but the grommets are already starting to rip out. I'm approximately 145 lbs which is well below the weight limit but yet, it's still ripping. At this rate, I'll be replacing it within a few weeks.
