I have always wanted one of these thermal cameras but were too expensive. This one was on sale at great price but still pricy.Had good reviews and came in a hard case.This thing works great for finding hot spots, cold spots. It showed I needed new door gaskets in my house. It reads tempeture on anything. It has a large display screen and that along is a plus. Most have tiny displays.I have found all kinds of uses for this once I receive it.I would highly recommend getting this if you were on the fence about purchasing one.Don

Was the most affordable for what I was looking for. It helped detect where the heat and air was flowing in our home. Very nice product.

Good quality for the price.

This works really well. It's a tool I've wanted for quite a while now. I wanted it to check my house out so I can insulate and caulk the areas that need it. It has quite a lot of features, but is still easy to use. It's very accurate, has a good design so it's comfortable. The onboard storage allows for a good number of images and video. The temperature on the display is almost dead on. It was off by 1.5 degrees. It's a good sixe tool and feels good as well. The carry case is very nice.If you buy this tool their are 2 things you need to know and remember. 1) It is rechargeable but you have to remove the battery door and plug the 2 battery wires together before the tool will work and can be charged. 2) and this a a big one. DO NOT install the software that comes on the tool memory storage. It is a virus and has malware in it and could possibly damage your PC. I scanned it 4 different times and every time is said virus. I deleted everything on the tools storage. If you want the software, The Microsoft store has the exact same software that works perfectly with this tool. It's virus and malware free and a small download and it's freeware. Just search for IRImageTools on the Microsoft store.I'm very satisfied with this tool and I feel it's going to be a very handy item in my tool boxes.

This infrared imager is far better than it's price point. I am really happy with it!- Absolute temperature reading is fairly accurate.- The resolution and depth are very good.- Augments RGB video with infrared image (opacity can be adjusted)- Take pictures and video, has internal memory- The battery lasts long- Looks professional and comes with a caseThe devices in this class typically cost twice as much, and the similarly priced devices come with much inferior sensors.

This product has so many uses and applications, what I really wanted it for though was to detect mice in the walls and to also detect where heat was leaving the house and cold was coming in. Mainly because that is probably also where the mice are coming in. We've had this problem for a very long time and until we are able to find the holes in the house we are never going to be able to get rid of them. This is going to be extremely helpful for that purpose. Plus we can seal the house where we don't lose expensive heat and air conditioning.All in all, I'm sure there are many things it will be used for, even water leaks. I also can't help but look forward to having some fun trying to ghost hunt with it. I've watched the television shows where they use these to detect cold spots. I'm going to give it to my husband for Christmas and I just know he's going to find a million things to use it for. Mostly though. I hope we finally get rid of the mice. Good product.

Great, especially for the price. Camera and screen are good. Pivot control takes some practice, but works as expected.
