This arrived within 36 hours of purchase and I’m delighted with it. It is very easy to put together and I had it up and running about 10 minutes after delivery. I will use it for sewing, placed behind my chair and arcing over. The warm white is easily bright enough to sew by when on ‘full strength’, but others may prefer a ‘whiter’ setting for close work/reading. The dimmed warm white is very attractive and unobtrusive when I don’t need it to work by. The control panel/switch is attached to the cord it plugs in by and therefore easier than a switch attached to the base or yet another remote control. It’s a great lamp for the price.

I spent a long time reviewing a number of offerings., eventually selecting this product. Other much more expensive products offered a greater number of brightness and light tone options along with a remote controller. It seemed to me that for my purpose, a reading light above my chair, I would set the optimum for my requirements and, thereafter, it would be a matter of only using the on/off switch. This has subsequently been the case.I have been delighted with my purchase. The packaging was of very high standard - well designed and functional. Assembly was very straight forward, following the clear user manual. As anticipated, I tried out several settings and selected those that suited me best. I attached the cable to the stand upright with black cable ties for neatness.I am really enjoying using my reading light; an excellent purchase !

I bought this lamp as I regularly work from home and although my room has good lighting I particularly wanted a lamp that produces white light (which is recommended as it is better on the eyes). I use this in preference to the ceiling light when the evenings get dark.Assembly was easy, although the instructions were tiny and unhelpful, it wasn't difficult to work out how it all went together - it tool me no more than about 5 minutes.The base is relatively light weight so I could imagine in some circumstances it would be easy to knock over. Again, that doesn't concern me as I have it permanently installed behind my work desk so that it floods the work area with white light. The light controls are on a lead so I don't have to stretch too far over the desk to switch on/adjust the light settings.The goose neck is a stiff flexible affair which can be bent to suit your lighting position. It is not ideal as once set into the desired position it does droop over time with the weight of the light head unit. The light head unit is a series of 18 LED lights which is amply suited to my needs and of course there are 3 light setting and the brightness can be turned up/down to suit.Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I think it is a little expensive for the quality of build. However, having spend time looking at other lamps that produce white light, there are more expensive models out there and (arguably) more attractive designs. But I am happy with this and won't be sending it back.

Very easy to set up, even without instructions, took about 15 minutes.Really nice light and several colour options, all of which you can dim.The full brightness is pretty impressive but I just need a more gentle setting which this can do perfectly.I hope it lasts as long as these LEDS are supposed to, we'll see I guess.

So simple to assemble, just use the amount of rods to get the height that you need. I actually use it as a music light, and just used two rods and put it on the windowsill, which was ideal for what I wanted. The lighting options are great, and it remembers your previous light setting, the next time you switch it on, which is really useful. Really cant say anything negative about this lamp. Its just so versatile, stylish and compact. My wife wants two more.

Bit dubious when I ordered this to replace IKEA lamps that had given up the ghost. Just set up and am absolutely delighted! Very solid based with safe plug , flexible lamp head and adjustable lamp height with a few different settings for reading. Much better splay of light than our old ones which I was loathe to part with. Also very unobtrusive in a sitting room setting.Delighted!

The main problem I’ve had with this sort of light is the stability, but this product comes with a relatively heavy base. Different types of light and intensity for the price is a bargain. Kudos also to Amazon for honouring the deal price after the first order went wrong.Bought to help my reading and glad I did.The only small point would be some plastic clips to hold the power cable would have been a nice touch bit I’m sure I can find some that will suit. I would definitely buy the equivalent model that is height adjustable.Overall a great buy

Easy to assemble. Looks smart. Makes working with laptop much better. The room looks like daylight in the darker end of the room. Easy on the eyes. Nice to dum to softer light at end of the day. Extremely pleased with this purchase
