Himalayan Chandra Neti Spray Isotonic Adult, 4.2 Ounce

I very much like the dispensing method of this saline spray. The flow rate is enough to reach back where it's needed, but not so forceful that it's uncomfortable or wasteful. The formulation is about the same as other similar products, so the performance is also about the same, but having an easier and more comfortable dispensing method is a major plus. The only downside is that the price jumps up and down, sometimes dramatically. If you can catch it on a price dip the cost per ounce is about the same or less than other brands. Otherwise, it can be more pricey. Five stars for performance and ease of use.

This product works better than any other product I have ever used. I have suffered with so much sinus problems. This is such a great relief to use.

I had read some reviews that the spray mechanism doesn't work right but mine is fine. It is aerosol which I didn't expect. I did expect this to have some of the essential oils that are in the drops for neti pot. But it doesn't. It is just salt and baking soda. But I like it and it helps. The bottle/can is large so it will last a while.

Best saline nasal spray I have found.

I get horrible sinus headaches that trigger migraines. I found out that when I use this it relieves my sinus pressure and even works as a preventative measure. In my opinion, this is the best product and the best price for sterile saline spray in the market. Plus, I used it on my new septum piercing (Since its essentially the same thing you get at a piercer) and 4 months later, it healed perfectly! I got this in November and I just recently (April) ran out! This is with daily usage too!

I have used this product for years and it has saved me from sinus infections by allowing me to drain properly. The reason this product is the best is because it’s a buffered solution . Therefore, your NOT going to feel that intense burn that everyone hates . It’s pressurized so I can feel it get way up in my sinus when I inhale deeply holding one nostril closed . I’m a RN of 32 years and I say buy it! Excellent product!

Didn’t work from the moment I opened. Sad as I had a terrible infection and needed the product to work but it just never sprayed anything out.

This is one of the best over the counter sprays I have tried.

Really cleanses and moisturises the nasal passages. It feels nice and cool and soothing for my sinusitis. It seems pricey but the spray is huge. I assumed it would just be the small size of any other nasal spray but it's massive!
