Ich spüre körperlich keine große Veränderung zum Magnesiumcarbonat, welches ich vorher genutzt habe. Aber immerhin scheint diesea Produkt ein bisschen besser im Magen verträglich zu sein. Ich kann das Produkt daher empfehlen, vor allen Dingen für Personen die einen etwas empfindlicheren Magen haben.

Semble efficace pour moi (nette diminution des crampes, meilleur sommeil, moins de fatigue...). Capsules pas faciles à avaler, donc je les ouvre et je mets la poudre dans un peu de yaourt ou autre, ce qui évite également d'avaler hydroxypropyl methylcellulose composant la capsule.
