I'm so glad I found these trash bags! They are fairly strong -- and they are UNSCENTED. Just what I wanted.I also don't like trash bags with red drawstrings, and so far these are the only kitchen bags with yellow drawstrings that are unscented, that I have found.The only drawback that I have found so far is that they aren't really flexible, so if you are putting one on the very largest size of kitchen garbage can (13-gallon?), getting the edge to fit over the rim requires some extra effort -- but that is not really a problem.

Too tight for a standard 13 gallon garbage can. Some people might prefer this so the bag doesn't collapse in on itself but I seem to have to pull very tight. Have not had a problem with wrips or tears, i like that it's not scented.

Why in the world do garbage bags ever need perfume? Dont ask me! All i know is it became really hard to find garbage bags that didn't reek of disgusting perfume. Finally, I found these. They're perfectly good garbage bags that don't have any perfume. Wow, wow, wow.

The top of the bag gave way most times when I was removing it from the garbage can. This made it impossible to tie close the top. Will not buy again.

I switched to these trash bags from a thicker and more expensive brand. Now that I've been using these for almost a year, I can confirm that these thinner bags definitely get the job done.
