I use this brand of products a lot as the quality is always great , I particularly use this one to give me bit of a boost especially when I'm speaking in public to strangers it calms my nerves a bit. Certainly buy again, I just put few drops into my mouth for quickness but can add to bottled water for continuing relief .

1. Capture the positive potential of Larch essence to address feelings of lacking confidence in your abilities. 2. Use Larch as one of 38 essences within Dr Bach's Original Flower Remedy system. 3. Take Larch individually based on your needs, or create a combination of up to seven essences using a mixing bottle. 4. Place 2 drops in water and sip at intervals, or add 2 drops to a 30ml mixing bottle containing still spring water, taking 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day.
