I like to have a Phat Fudge before swimming in the early morning. Normally I would not want to eat anything because it feels heavy in my stomach but Phat Fudge gives me fuel for the long workout without weighing me down. Sometimes I save 1/2 the packet for post workout which is a nice bridge to something more substantial. I rated it as a 4 star because the taste is slightly bitter with a gritty texture. I haven't compared performance for a workout with other nut butter packets. I will purchase this pack again!

I did not like the flavor of this at all. I've tried in my coffee, chilled like actual fudge, mixed in with protein drinks and nothing seems to make it better I think it's a great idea, just not to my liking.

These taste good and pack a big fat boost, but way to pricy at $4.50 per 1.+ ounces package.I will probably stick with Noosh Almond Butter, which is very tasty, provides fat and priced ok (about $1 .70/oz)

taste like crap, but after a couple of weeks you can get use to the the taste and it is pretty satisfying if you find yourself getting hungry before your next meal. Still to pricey for me.

Great on the go snack for Keto friendly people. The taste isn't for everyone though, while I like it my wife does not. Overall you won't find a better on the go Keto friendly snack to keep you going.

I LOVE this stuff - I was wary after reading some of the reviews, but I thought I should still give it a go and thankfully I did! Putting it in the freezer is the best idea, thank you Mary for that suggestion. It is true you, you can't expect this to taste like "real fudge", but real fudge has always been too sweet for me. I am often on the run and these packets are amazing for every day or for my pre-race fueling needs. They also are a wonderful treat at the end of the day, that I don't feel like crap after eating. MMMMMM, so yummy.

This is the worst tasting (and smelling) stuff imaginable. After trying one packet and throwing away the entire package minus one bite, I went online to see about returning it. Go figure, it is a non-refundable item. Even THEY don't want their stuff back. Yuk! Spent $54 on this crap and I'm stuck with it. Thanks, Amazon! This is the first time you've ever let me down! This is my go to power food before workouts, in my coffee, or as a snack and I highly recommend it. I've been on a paleo diet for years now and this is hands down the best paleo/keto friendly product I've tried. I'm surprised by some of the other reviews--of course it doesn't taste like "normal" fudge because it doesn't have any sugar or other processed ingredients. Instead it's packed with organic ingredients and other power foods, and tastes delicious. I like it because I can take it on the go and it doesn't need to be refrigerated, it's great for travel. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a natural, great-tasting performance food.
