Great customer service. Excellent quality mat!
Product was originally not as described. Was supposed to have C7 crossed flags logo but it did not. But Customer service was very responsive and gave me a couple of options. I finally decided to have them resend the correct mat with the crossed flags emblem. They sent me a return label to return the incorrect mat. They had the correct mat made and shipped it out to me very quickly. The mat is great quality and fits perfectly. Great customer service. Corrected original mistake easily and quickly. Thank you.

Hold down slits in carpet.
Slits were cut for hold down hardware. Stiching around the slits would have been nice but was not included.
