My review is not on the product, but on the seller!! I had received a defected product, not only did I get a replacement in record time, they also helped me out on the return defected item, when I had a hard time getting to the shipping place to return item. Which took so much off my already busy life!!! They more than made up for the defected item. And "YES" I would definitely buy from them again.

its a pile.
i ordered the first one,which was pile of crap, I Then ordered a second one thinking that must have been a fluke, nothing can have that ,any leaks faulty circuitry etc, I stand corrected, the second one was worse, like they sday you get what you pay for, and therse dont cost much. find an alternative brand and save yourself!

Check the wattage.
I cannot use this item for where it was intended as the wattage is too great. We did not know. there was a difference. It looks beautiful and I was so looking forward to using it. Perhaps we can use it elsewhere. I cannot comment on ease of installation or efficiency.

I use it for the shower and it does not kick the breaker like the rest of them does

Still trying to hook up! Product description says RV, whole house use, NOT?
Still trying to hook up! Product description says RV, whole house use but does not allow to hook hot water line to unit. It comes with a shower head so you can plug into anf hook up in a running shower??? In a 110V line? Electric and water don't mix. Even if I wanted to use ONLY in a shower, Electric line has no plug and is only 22inches long!? In what country do standards allow Electric that close to a water source?
