Yes, these pads are huge, but for that I am thankful. When I have fecal incontinence issues, it is usually during the night in bed. I never know which way the explosion will go so the size has been perfect. I have had some massive blow outs but it was all contained. Yes, that makes them a little challenging to get off but a little practice is all it takes. Once you find the right position for your body and wear a good pair of underwear, they really aren’t that uncomfortable. It sure beats worrying that I will mess up the bed and the floor all the way to the shower. If you truly have issues, these are what you need.

Fills a need very well for many people who use this type of garment. Well made and delivered promptly by a reliable company. The product is well made. Although large and a bit bulky, I believe this is necessary to prevent accidents from becoming very messy. Easier to remove from the inside of regular underwear and wrap up which makes clean up much better than with other products.

I finally found something that is worth buying to help with my bowel incontinence for Severe Ulcerative pancolitis. This isn't a diaper, which I like, it fits in my panties, and does help with urgent uncontrollable accidents.

I think I read another review where someone mentioned this use of reverse placement. I still use an additional liner in the middle. Some people state they wish there was adhesive, but sometimes I am able to remove this product and the disposable underwear is still dry. Handy during the night to do so. These are not flow through. they are very absorbent and yes they are large, but we needed that not because of a large person, but because the width helps with the side sleeper leakage issue. Hate for someone to be wet, but better than the clothes, sheets and bed pads soaked as well, that makes the cost worth it to me.

It is hard to find products for fecal incontinence. I thought these would be great. The size is huge; I didn't need something for an elephant! It would be very difficult to get on and off. I sent it back. I suppose if you had a lot of patience putting them on and taking them off, they would probably be fine.

These pads are ridiculously huge! Why aren't there different sizes and why wasn't it noted why they are so big!!!?

I’m not extremely familiar with this type of product, but theee are HUGE. They are probably best used laid flat for someone who is lying down.
